Welcome to Warren Masonic Lodge #10
Jacksonville, Oregon
Masonry has existed in the Rogue Valley since before the town of Jacksonville or the state of Oregon existed. Our Lodge was chartered in 1855 when the town was called Table Rock City and it was still known as the Oregon Territory.
The Warren Lodge #10 A.F. & A.M. lodge building is a crown jewel of Jacksonville, the entirety of which is a National Historic District. It was built over several years in the early 1870's by Brother David Linn and financed by Brother C.C. Beekman and other brethren all while Brother Thomas G. Reames was the Lodge's Worshipful Master. It stands proudly today, lovingly cared for by the brethren who call it home.
The name "Warren" comes from General Joseph Warren, MD, who was killed at the battle of Breed's Hill 250 years ago this past June. He was a Harvard educated physician and much loved by his men. He was also the Grand Master of Masons of Massachusetts at the time.
Warren Lodge has been meeting continuously for 170 years. Our monthly stated communications are held at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday of the month. We have an informal "Coffee" every Tuesday morning at 9:00 AM. During the Summer months we usually meet at the Medford Lodge so as to free up more parking for the Britt Festival in Jacksonville.
Whether or not you are already a Mason, please stop in for Tuesday morning coffee and we will extend a hearty welcome, an informal tour of our beautiful lodge building and answer your questions to the best of our ability. We are located at 135 S. Oregon Street, Jacksonville, Oregon 97530.
